Strength class, 2 new Yin classes, and Yoga Basics
Mondays: 5:30-6:30pm – Strengthen and Burn, a class developed to build strength and challenge your metabolism, taught by Lisa Browning
7:00-8:15pm – Yin Yoga Class, balances an active lifestyle or maybe your more Yang Yoga style. Also contemplative and medatative as you hold the poses, breath and experience a solitude that’s hard to achieve, taught by Danny Smith
Tuesdays: 7:00-8:15pm – Yoga Basics, this class is geared for “newbies” to practicing, but still appropriate for experienced yogi’s, taught by Amanda Sutter
Fridays: 4:30-5:45pm – Yin Yoga Class (as above), just the right time to set you up for a balanced weekend, taught by Kelly Crider
