Welcome to Core Bodyworks
Core Bodyworks and Lisa Browning have been providing health care, fitness training and therapy for over 25 years. All of the instructors at the studio are committed to their studies as well as to your health, wellness and goals. We are a small, neighborhood studio, where we not only hope to know you well, but keep our prices as competitive and workable as possible. We have weekly classes in Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi, private sessions and personal training in all disciplines as well as personal fitness training and therapy sessions. We sponsor workshops with local and nationally acclaimed instructors, and rent the studio for adjunct workshops.

Jana Rife will hold the last SUP Yoga class at Cauble Park on September 14, 6pm.
On September 21, at Cauble Park, Lake Acworth Lisa Browning and Jana Rife will lead a "learning to SUP class". Learn technique and work on moving through the water with ease and speed (if you like!) We will be on the water for one hour, with time spent on land to understand basics, and to talk about boards and paddles, places to paddle, and rules on the water. We will end this class with a happy hour in the park!
