Pilates Mat fused with the Pilates Tower.  The Tower allows for a format that continuously varies in composition, with challenges of resistance, and movements that seem to defy gravity.  50 min.

This class combines mental focus with deliberate, graceful martial art movements which you learn as individual meditative/breathing exercises (qigong) and in a specific sequential order (tai chi).  50 min.

6:00 pm

This class is a learning experience, a "basics" style that leaves time for explaination, information, personal alignment issues and concerns to the student and the teacher.  It is perfect for all beginners to the asana practice.  75 min.

7:00 pm

Vinyasa means to link the breath with movement.  We also link the poses as we keep a clear focus.  This form of yoga is dynamic and will challenge the more physically fit student.  In a Level 2 Yoga class you will practice inversions, and arm balances.  90 min.
