Class is a step up from the "basics", less explaination, more "practice".  The class is appropriate for beginner and intermediate level students.  75 min

11:00 am

This class is taught "gently" to allow for those that may need added support to participate.  Alignment in asana, along with focused awareness and breath are primary to this practice.  75 min.

5:00 pm

Vinyasa means to link the breath with movement.  We also link the poses as we keep a clear focus.  This form of yoga is dynamic and will challenge the more physically fit student.  In a Level 2 Yoga class you will practice inversions, and arm balances.  90 min.

7:00 pm

This class combines mental focus with deliberate, graceful martial art movements which you learn as individual meditative/breathing exercises (qigong), and in a specific sequential order (tai chi). 50 min.
