Pilates Mat fused with the Pilates Tower.  The Tower allows for a format that continuously varies in composition, with challenges of resistance, and movements that seem to defy gravity.  50 min.

Three clients/three reformers!  This is the class that everyone wants, the machine that made Pilates famous.  50 min.

12:00 pm

This class combines mental focus with deliberate, graceful martial art movements which you learn as individual meditative/breathing exercises (qigong), and in a specific sequential order (tai chi).  50 min.

6:00 pm

A class to balance and strengthen hips and shoulders.  Please read blog.

All Levels Yoga classes will vary enough in content to include Level 1 and Level 2 students.  You will learn a "process to a pose", and be able to keep the progress to a comfortable level for you personally.  Not advised for new yoga students.  75 min.
