Class is a step up from the "basics", less explaination, more "practice".  The class is appropriate for beginner and intermediate level students.  75 min

Workout on the Reformer and/or the Wunda Chair.  This is the most varied workout on the schedule.  Experience the mastery of Joseph Pilates while using these two pieces of equipment!  50 min.

All Levels Yoga classes will vary enough in content to include Level 1 and Level 2 students.  You will learn a "process to a pose", and be able to keep the progress to a comfortable level for you personally.  Not advised for new yoga students.  75 min.

9:00 am

Three clients/three reformers!  This is the class that everyone wants, the machine that made Pilates famous.  50 min.

Pilates Mat fused with the Pilates Tower.  The Tower allows for a format that continuously varies in composition, with challenges of resistance, and movements that seem to defy gravity.  50 min.

This class combines mental focus with deliberate, graceful martial art movements which you learn as individual meditative/breathing exercises (qigong) and in a specific sequential order (tai chi).  50 min.

This class is taught "gently" to allow for those that may need added support to participate.  Alignment in asana, along with focused awareness and breath are primary to this practice.  75 min.

Vinyasa means to link the breath with movement.  We also link the poses as we keep a clear focus.  This form of yoga is dynamic and will challenge the more physically fit student.  In a Level 2 Yoga class you will practice inversions, and arm balances.  90 min.

This class is for all Yoga students.  You will practice in a fashion similar to our Level 1 and Seniors classes (not as much information as "basics").  The class will include approximately 40-50 min. of completely "restorative poses".  This are supported poses and intended for release of tension physically and mentally, benefits occur through relaxation, not effort.  90 min.

6:00 pm

This class is a learning experience, a "basics" style that leaves time for explaination, information, personal alignment issues and concerns to the student and the teacher.  It is perfect for all beginners to the asana practice.  75 min.

Three clients/three reformers!  This is the class that everyone wants, the machine that made Pilates famous.  50 min.
