Class Descriptions
Private, Duet, & Trio Sessions
Clients will work with an Instructor using the apparatus developed by Joseph Pilates. Customized Pilates routines are infused with exercises from both classic and contemporary methods.
Pilates Mat & Tower Classes
These small group classes include a mixture of Pilates Mat and Tower apparatus exercises fused together in a format that continuously varies in composition.
*In the Specialized class, Pilates movements are modified to accommodate clients needing special attention for necks, backs, shoulders, and knees. This class is excellent for seniors, and those with injuries, and/or chronic movement related issues.
Core Functional Training
This class is an extension of Advanced Pilates Mat & Tower incorporating various balance and strength moves from other disciplines such as resistance training and yoga. Balls, Bands, Rollers and Weights are used along with Mat and Tower work.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Classes are Hatha Yoga taught with awareness of the energy and power of the "Core" in a flow yoga style. Beginner classes focus on execution and form, and All-level classes build on expertise and flow.
The Intermediate / Advanced level class adds more inversions and arm balances to the practice. This class moves at a faster more dynamic pace therefore prior experience is recommended.
ZUMBA®
ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music and dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system utilizing a mixture of body sculpting movements and easy to follow dance steps.
T'ai Chi & Qigong
This class combines mental focus with deliberate, graceful martial art movements which you learn as individual meditative exercises (qigong) and in a specific sequential order (t'ai chi).
Massage Therapy
Licensed Massage Therapist on staff with twenty-two years experience. Sports Massage Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy and Connective Tissue work are used to assist healing, manage pain, and enhance performance.
Pricing & Packages
Yoga classes are 90 minutes in length.
All other classes & sessions are 55 min.
Advance sign up is required for all sessions.
* Cancellation 24 hours in advance is required for all sessions.
