Our morning yoga class on Saturday, Aug. 26th will be held as a Sunrise Practice, 6:30am at Red Top Mtn. State Park/Lake Allatoona

carpool from CBW at 6am, or call for directions.  There is no charge.

Yoga

Mondays:

9am – Level 1 (75 min.),  Lisa

6:30pm – Vinyasa Flow, Levels 1 + 2,  (90 min.), Lisa

Tuesdays:

10:00am – Yin Yoga (75 min.), Lauren

6:30pm – Yoga and Meditation (Level 1, 75 min.), Lisa

Wednesdays:

10:30am – Mindful Yoga (Level 1/gentle, 75 min.), Lisa

6:30pm – Vinyasa Flow Levels 1 + 2, (90 min.), Danny

Fridays:

9:30am -  Fitness Yoga (all levels – 90 min.),  Ray

6:30pm – Karma Yoga (all levels – 1 hr.), YTT Teacher Trainess (donation only)

Saturdays:

9:30am – Vinyasa Flow Levels 1 + 2, (90 min.), Lisa

Tai Chi

Mondays:

11:30am – Tai Chi and Qigong

Thursdays:

11:30am – Tai Chi and Qigong

-all Tai Chi classes are 55 min. in length

Pilates

Mondays:

10:30am Pilates Equipment Class, Level 1 + 2, Jocelyn

6:00pm – Pilates Equipment Class, Level 1 + 2, Jocelyn

Tuesdays:

11:30am – Core Functional Training, Level 1 (seniors), Lisa

Thursdays:

8:45am – Core Functional Training, Level 3 – Strength, Lisa

10am – Core Functional Training, Level 2, Lisa

7:00pm – Pilates Equipment Class, Level 1, Jocelyn

-all Pilates Classes are 50 min. in length, and may require intitial Pilates private session.
