"Grounded Through The Holidays" Restorative Yoga Class
Join Gina Friday, November 3rd from 6:30-7:45pm for a class you don't want to miss! This Restorative Practice will help you get through the upcoming holiday season with a sense of ease. Gina will take your body on an internal retreat through pranayama (breathing) and show you how to stay grounded throughout the season. This practice is prop-heavy for full body support, comfort and muscle release. Sandbags will also be used for those who are interested to provide anchoring and deeper relaxation. Limited Space.
