Please join us for an evening of restorative hot stone yoga & yin. This 2 hour workshop uses many props for support such as bolsters, blocks, chairs & blankets so the body may find deeper relaxation & regeneration. Hot Stones will be placed on the body for those who are interested during some restorative poses. The practice will end with a Guided Imagery Meditation presented by Gina. If you have never experienced this type of meditation, be prepared to float out the door. Limited space.
