Description: The 2-hour workshop includes a discussion of the roots and science of meditation, a short (beginner level) yoga practice to get you stretched and ready to sit, a sample of six distinct ways of practicing meditation, followed by a discussion and journaling exercise to help you understand and overcome your barriers to a regular practice. Feel free to bring a snack!
