Arm balances and inversions are some of the most challenging and exciting poses in yoga. In this workshop you will learn tips and techniques to practice poses such as crow, shoulder stand, headstand, handstand and other arm balances!

 

Description: This 2 + 1/2 hour workshop will include the anatomy of arm balances and inversions, and a warm-up yoga practice, followed by specific discussions and practice of some of the most popular arm balances and inversions.
